A ballad-fairytale-mini-opera for a female flautist and a baritone

Commissioned by Theater Bonn as part of the cooperation Junge Opern Rhein-Ruhr, with funds from the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Mina has to go out into the world. Together with her little black sheep, who calls herself Wölkchen, the girl follows the course of a stream. On her way, she discovers the magical power of music, goes on a great adventures and, little by little, makes her world a bit friendlier and happier. And when Mina and Wölkchen, after a fight with a dragon, arrive at the wide sea, the two of them experience a little happiness.
